Ngoenga school celebrated Staff day

Staff Day celebration began with a ceremonial offering of a white scarf to the portrait of His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama, marking a respectful and heartfelt start to the day. The school director then delivered a warm welcome speech, setting a positive tone for the event. Following the opening remark, the headmaster gave a meaningful speech about the significance of Staff Day, highlighting the importance of the staff’s contributions and dedication towards the students growth, and over all wellbeing.

Attendees enjoyed traditional sweet rice and butter tea, a fitting accompaniment to the festive atmosphere. The students performed cultural songs and dances, adding a lively and vibrant element to the celebration. The day’s function concluded with a sincere thank you speech by the secretary, expressing gratitude to both the staff and students for their participation. A special meal was served to all the children and staff, bringing the celebration to a joyful and satisfying conclusion.
