On 6 July 2023,the staff and children of Ngoenga school celebrated HH the Dalai Lama’s birthday with cake cutting ceremony and the student performed an energetic cultural song and dance. Everyone were served Tibetan butter tea-Boeja along with sweet rice- daysi as a refreshment and a feast of vegetarian lunch was served to all the present there which was donated by Gelek Paljor, a staff at Ngoenga school.
