Summary

He has two sisters with parents earning through farming. He is from one of the remote areas of Ladakh, north India. He has autism with learning difficulties. The area from where the boy is remote suffered fever with no medical facility available and  Parents being illiterate failed to take first aid. Which they believe  led Pakto to become disabled. The school is striving to provide best care since his  disability is non severe.
