Summary

Tenzin Kelsang belongs to a poor family with agricultural background. Parents are doing cultivation on 2 acres of land which is the main source of their income. Tenzin is the only disabled child and his other siblings are attending the main stream school. Parents being illiterate failed to consult this child to the doctors in time. Tenzin is also a victim of Cerebral Palsy that is usually caused by brain damage before or after birth.
