The school includes five homes, each with around ten children, and dedicated foster parents who provide daily care, supervision, and emotional support.
Each residence is equipped with basic recreational amenities, such as an LED television where children can watch and listen to music, which many autistic children enjoy and find relaxing. They are gently schooled in responsibility, learning to take out toys for play and then responsibly returning them to their designated cupboards.

According to their abilities the children are taught basic personal care routines including brushing their teeth, washing their faces, and bathing. They are also guided with simple housekeeping chores such as sweeping, cleaning linen, and wiping dining tables. Some children, based on their ability, even assist foster parents in helping younger or less able children with washing and clothing. Fostering autonomy and life skills is a vital element of their growth, and the majority of them are capable of learning and performing basic household chores.

At Ngoenga School, all students receive free boarding, education, and healthcare services. The school is committed to fostering a secure, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with special needs.

However, to continue offering these essential services and maintain the quality of care these children deserve, the school requires financial assistance. Thus, every support goes to sustain and gradually expand these life-changing services for children with special needs, ensuring comprehensive care and opportunities for them.
