On September 11, 2025 Dekyiling Health Center conducted an HPV Vaccination drive at Ngoenga Special Needs school for girls who are above 12 years. As part of the ongoing HPV Vaccination drive across Tibetan Schools in India, the program is aimed towards protecting girls from cervical cancer under the RMNCHA program funded under TESC.

Out of 17 registered students,16 students received the vaccine with parental/guardians’ consent following an assessment by specialists.
